OUR FIRST MEETING

 

Bookings are to be made with me directly, via email, message or a phone call.

 

A deposit of £10 is required to secure your booking, if the £10 deposit is not paid within 24 hours of contact i will presume you no longer wish to go ahead with your session and the allocated slot may be filled. If you pay the £10 deposit but cancel within less than 24 hours or if you do not turn up to the session, the deposit will not be refunded. 

To make things easier, when you come to the session bring the £25 cash along with you each time, and the £10 will be used as a rolling deposit, it will be kept safe until you no longer require sessions, then on the last session you will only be required to pay £15. 

It is great for me to meet up with you before we start your journey as I find its important to understand the client I am going to be working with. It also gives you the opportunity to meet me and understand how things are going to work and what to expect from the next few weeks on beginning your fitness journey.

 

Our first meeting will consist of a consultation, you will fill out a           form informing me of your current health conditions, injuries, social status and more, as well as some other documents. This way I will get as much information as I need from you for when it comes to writing up your programme and planning sessions. I will also go through prices and the services I offer thoroughly.

 

The programme and training will be specific to you and your needs, targets and goals so it is crucial for me to understand you as well as possible. I would like to discuss your exercise likes and dislikes, your current fitness levels, your current diet, eating habits and most importantly your goals! It is really important that you tell me as much medical information as possible, from such things as asthma, blood pressure, previous broken bones, as anything may affect your training.

Measurements will be taken on your consultation day such as your body fat%, BMI, inches and weight, so it would be great if you could wear something like tight trousers/ shorts and a baggy top so I can take the most accurate readings. I do ask if you can take a before photo and to keep this as a record so that you can see the changes of your physique on an image rather than just numerical in inches and body fat% etc. Your measurements will be taken on average every 4 weeks to keep a track of your progress.

After the consultation has taken place, dependent on time, I will then go on to do a mini training session with you (usually 30 minutes) so i can get an idea of where you are currently at in terms of your fitness levels. 

 

This is not a gym based service. All PT's and classes are all held at my own studio ran by myself, i have all of the equipment necessary to provide a high quality and functional session fit to your needs.
